A custom look for the Match with Metro Campaign
In partnership with Citizens for Modern Transit and St. Clair County Transit District, we helped bring the “Match with Metro Transit” campaign to life—an initiative designed to encourage St. Louis commuters to connect with and explore the MetroLink and MetroBus systems. Drawing inspiration from classic Valentine’s Day iconography, we developed a playful, eye-catching visual identity that made public transit feel approachable and engaging. From a custom logo and bold typographic system to billboards, direct mailers, and social media flyers, each element was designed to capture attention, communicate the campaign’s mission, and inspire riders to give transit a second look.

We began the campaign by creating a custom logo and visual identity that blended the themes of transit and Valentine’s Day in a fun, approachable way. Using familiar transit symbols paired with playful shapes, bold typography, and a vibrant color palette, the branding was designed to feel both timely and memorable. The result was a flexible visual system that could easily scale across billboards, print materials, and digital assets—helping the campaign stand out while clearly communicating its message.

Consistent use of bold typography, playful graphics, and vibrant color ensured the campaign remained cohesive and instantly recognizable—helping the message resonate throughout the community and across platforms.
