Edenbridge PACE is a healthcare and service support program dedicated to helping seniors in Washington, DC live with independence, dignity, and comprehensive care. As part of the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), Edenbridge places a strong emphasis on personal autonomy, whole-person wellness, and community-centered support. When opening a new DC facility, Edenbridge partnered with us to develop a cohesive brand presence, custom website, and strategic marketing approach that felt clean, nurturing, and approachable—while remaining aligned with their established corporate identity. Our work focused on clearly communicating their values and services, creating a strong local presence, and building trust with the communities they serve.

To support Edenbridge PACE’s launch in Washington, DC, we refined and evolved their existing brand to better reflect their mission while remaining aligned with the broader Edenbridge identity. We then designed and executed a comprehensive suite of marketing and outreach materials across print and digital channels—including brochures, mailers, social media campaigns, transit ads, radio spots, and community-facing collateral. As part of this work, we also facilitated and custom-designed program participant surveys, gathering valuable insights that helped shape messaging, strengthen engagement, and ensure outreach efforts truly resonated with the community they serve.

We designed and developed a fully custom website that delivers a clear, approachable, and easy-to-navigate experience for users of all ages. Built with accessibility and clarity at its core, the site highlights Edenbridge PACE’s services, values, and care model while guiding visitors through key information with confidence and ease. Beyond launch, we continue to support the site through ongoing monthly hosting and maintenance, including regular content updates, performance monitoring, and security management—ensuring the website remains secure, up to date, and running smoothly at all times.
