Knedle is a unique European treat made from boiled potato-dough dumplings and an array of different sweet or savory fillings. These sweet or salty dumplings can be enjoyed as a main dish, side, or dessert.

Before launching this new restaurant & food brand, we worked very closely with the founder of Knedle to create a unique, tasty, inviting brand that would grab consumers’ attention and entice them to try something new. We designed the logo and branding, developed an engaging website, managed and implemented strategic marketing efforts, and designed custom packaging and materials.
