Elxel has been an amazing team to work with over the last 18 months. Most importantly has been their responsiveness and thoroughness in pushing out creative materials which have to meet certain federal regulations and timelines. It is a pleasure to work with Sammy and his team!

Working with the Elxel team has been seamless. Their attention to detail has been especially helpful in our planning, design, and ultimate production of our website and brand at HumanitiesDC. They are constantly accessible and attentive to even our smallest edits and concerns. As a smaller organization, it was helpful to have a team that was not only excellent in their services, but excellent in their intentionality to connect with us as people. They were responsive to our needs and endless questions and maintained a high level of communication throughout the entire process. I would recommend them a hundred times over because Elxel is a top-notch graphic design, marketing, and branding company that provides exceptional services.

Elxel did an amazing job building my pediatric website and creating a logo and brand that felt authentic to me. My website has a ton of information and was complicated to build. The short version if you are quickly scanning –They are:- Excellent at listening to what you need and delivering quickly andeffectively.- Extremely professional while having great personalities.- Comprised of creative designers and developers.- Black-owned with a staff of colorThe version you should read:I contacted a few Black-owned marketing companies in December 2021. Either some responded unprofessionally, slowly, or felt my project was too early-stage for their services. Elxel Creative Agency, however, followed up quickly after I submitted my inquiry. We scheduled our call, and immediately I knew Sammy would superintend with strong perceptiveness. It was refreshing to talk to someone who validated my vision and intentions and spoke frankly about what needed to be done. He is very skilled with the sandwich method for feedback and brainstorming. He accredits with "Good," hits you with "However…" and moves to "Great! Now, this is our next step." I love that style because it makes the project less overwhelming.We started in January and ended in May of this year.Each month he laid out a plan on what would be done to reach my final goal. I started out with an awful logo and website I made. What was odd in the most amazing way is that they figured out my style by our third/fourth meeting. Sammy, Brittany, Richard, and the rest of the team were close to spot on when presenting the first drafts of my logo and website. This is a sentiment to the scrupulous attention to my requests and style.I appreciate how Sammy, Brittany, Richard, and the rest of the team took extra steps to address my (sometimes annoying) requests. They were never irritated towards me, which was generous. I have a beautiful logo and website that Brittany and the team took time to develop by the end. I also gained new skills from Sammy on ways to expand and showcase my company.Looking at their competitors, their retainer agreements are better than what similar constructed companies are offering. With Excel, you get family-like service that makes you feel safe in trusting their work.This may look like a paid review, but I promise it isn’t. Working with them is wonderful. I have nothing negative to say. Elxel is outstanding. As my company grows, there is no doubt I will continue working with Elxel.

FANTASTIC work! I have worked with Brittany and the team at ELXEL since they started, and have been very impressed with their creativity and knowledge of the design/print process. As a print vendor, I never have to worry about their artwork files having any issues with them, which makes the process easy and smooth! I HIGHLY recommend them for all your design/branding needs!

So I did not have brand and marketing in my budget. I was just looking for a logo. After speaking with the Agency they made a good argument of why I needed much more than a logo. After hearing about the pricing, which was reasonable, but something that I just didn’t budget for, so I really did not have the money for it. After going through the process and receiving my BRAND from Elxel I realized that this was the most crucial pieces of my business. This company gave me the answers to so many crucial questions and helped me make my vision and company tangible. Starting a business is not an easy process by any means, but when you have a partner like Elxel and such a strong team that really knows there stuff, it relieves a huge amount of stress and I actually ended up saving money because I didn’t fall Into the pitfalls that I would have fallen into without them. So to Sammy, Brittany, and the rest of the team THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH! You guys have given me so much and your professionalism, communication, and hard work are top notch and it shines through all of the Brands you created and will create in the future.

Brittany and the Elxel team have been fantastic partners. I've been consistently impressed with their work, their responsiveness, and approach. We started the planning phase with Elxel in 2018. They were great about answering any and all questions my team and I had. As a business operator taking on the task of renewing a website and subsequent new marketing strategy was an extra large addition to my already heavy load, ELXEL saved me! Of course there were some growing pains, I have a team of very different and strong personalities and they worked with the varying personalities to ensure everyone's comfort and understanding. We have transitioned from website build (other than minor updates) and are now in the marketing/advertising realm with ELXEL, they are GREAT. They are using the most up to date methods of finding us those precious leads every business owner covets. They have done a great job shifting with trends and keeping us notified of any shifts. Additionally. the ELXEL team is giving us support with our internal (new) operating software which they so happened to have prior experience. They have saved my internal operations team time and energy in offering direction and valuable insight. They have become part of our core operational team and are a integral component to our success.
