3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated in a separate written Master Service Agreement (MSA), all content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, and code—is the property of Elxel Creative Agency. You may not reproduce or distribute any material without express written permission.

4. User Conduct and File Uploads

When using our contact forms to share project details, RFPs, or reference files, you agree not to upload any malicious code, defamatory content, or materials that violate third-party intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to limit file uploads to 10 MB per file and a maximum of 5 files.

5. Limitation of Liability

Elxel and its partners (Brittany Hill, Sammy Kassim, and Richard Vasco) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the site or our creative services.
